Blerter helps organisations that run events streamline their delivery, prepare for things that can go wrong and increase crew engagement - ensuring their events run smoother, every time. To do this we provide a platform that helps those running events centralize communication, operations and safety processes.

The right person

You will have experience managing or have a keen interest with different types of events, with an interest and passion for technology – a change agent with an appetite to learn, make things happen and execute on partnership deliverables and KPIs.

  • Investment in yourself is a must; through continuous education, upskilling and self improvement 

  • Excellent project management, organisation and systems based skills

  • Self-starter with 5+ years in a commercially oriented role, either in business development or channel management 

  • Creative thinking skills, so we can leverage opportunities that fall outside the original scope of our plan, to extract maximum commercial value from and with our partners

  • Strong ability to document, plan and execute on key deliverables with strategic partnerships, adapting the plan as required to align with the company's agile sales approach

  • Comfortable working and managing high-level, strategic relationships that includes c-suite executives and middle management employees

  • Excels at navigating internal relationships, working through conflicting project timelines and possesses the ability to rapidly prioritise work based on opportunity cost vs better outcomes

  • Be business savvy, a quick learner, confident and willing to take on a challenge, with a friendly nature, the ability to take buyers on a journey and be able to leverage your industry knowledge to give credibility in conversations with event managers/directors and more senior level stakeholders.

  • Won’t be afraid to pick up the phone to have a chat, but at the same time will be process focused with a strong desire to help Blerter continuously improve.

  • Establish how to capture most value from our partnerships (think outside the original scope if required)

  • Continuously improving your own skill sets and those of the team
  • You'll have quickly developed a deep and thorough understanding of the product, what exists today and how it can be taken forward to meet both customer needs and business strategy
  • You'll be a key part of the growth team, working closely with the rest of the company facilitating clear communication around product issues, opportunities, roadmap and initiatives.

  • Our product will rapidly evolve to be seen as both the dining product of this new category, in terms of innovation and effectiveness for our customers, as well as the market leader.
